OSTAR Won the Bid for the Information Products Supply Project Under 2009 Stage II Governmental Procurement Agreement of the Organizations Directly Under CCCPC (Nov. 17)

OSTAR Company recently received the notice of successful bidder from the Procurement Center of the organizations directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCCPC). 20 models of paper cutting machines of the company won the bid in the public bidding activity for the information products supply project under 2009 stage II governmental procurement agreement of the organization directly under CCCPC. This is another success of OSTAR in the significant public bidding for governmental procurement besides it won the bid in the supply supplementation project under the information products and suppliers agreement of administrative departments and institutions of Tianjing City at the level of city in this October, and this is also another victory of OSTAR in the competition with international first-class enterprises.
Since 2009, in order to respond the international financial crisis and escape operation risks, OSTAR has established the operation strategy as careful expansion in the international market and stable expansion in the domestic market. The key point of marketing in the international market is placed at the Middle East and EU market; and the key point of marketing in the domestic market is placed at governmental procurement projects.

When international first-class enterprises crowded into the public bidding for governmental procurement of China, OSTAR analyzed procurement characteristics, procurement manner, demand of products and services, and competition conditions in accordance with the bidding requirements of the governments at all levels, selected product models for bid according to its own advantages, and prepared purposive supply program and service program; on the other hand, OSTAR required all staff to accept challenges, strengthen internal management, continually improve QCD (quality, costs and delivery term) and keep improving its competition power.

By October 31, OSTAR won the bids in 43 governmental procurement projects and ensured the bid-awarded product models not less than 15 models in each governmental procurement projects, so it guaranteed the market share of the company’s products not less than 10 percent. Compared with the same period of last year, the international and domestic business of OSTAR has certain increase.

At present, the company’s employees are actively guaranteeing performance of various orders on schedule in the fourth quarter so as to complete the annual business target.
