Aerospace Property Management Won the Bidding for the Authorized Management of the Reserved Land of Shenzhen
The Procurement Center of the Government of Shenzhen Municipality issued the notice of winning the bidding for the authorized management of reserved land of the government: Shenzhen Aerospace Property won the bidding for the authorized management of the reserved land of Songgang Area.
The governmental projects are always considered as “hot cake”, and management of reserved land is a rising market of property management, its development space is huge, so as many as 717 suppliers participated in bidding in this procurement including 3 sub-projects and 19 subcontracts, the competition was very intensive. Aerospace won the bidding by virtue of its strength. It will further participate in bidding for governmental projects in the future and extend new property service space.
