Aerospace Property Management Company successfully won the bid for property management of office blocks of the government of Wuhu City, Anhui Province
On November 16, the Procurement Bidding Agency Office of the government of Wuhu City, Anhui Province organized a bidding activity for property management of administrative and office houses and auxiliary houses of Wuhu City, and eight brand property companies from Shenzhen, Shanghai and other places participated in the competition. By virtue of national first-class qualification and famous brand, international standard management system, detailed and operationable management program and high-level professional team, Shenzhen Aerospace Property Management Co., Ltd. won the bid, and this is the another achievement of undertaking governmental projects following the administrative and office block of Huichuan District, Zunyi City.
The administrative and office houses and auxiliary houses of Wuhu City are located at the eastern part of Wuhu City, and they are the comprehensive office buildings of the Municipal Committee, Municipal Government, Municipal People’s Congress and Municipal CPPCC of Wuhu City. The area is 135,000 square meters. The buildings consist of Area A, B, C and D, and the total building area is about 140,000 square meters.
